Dr. Malloy is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Neonatology at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. She is the Site Leader of the Northwestern Palos Hospital Level 2E Special Care Nursery and the medical director of the Lurie New Lenox Neonatal Developmental Follow up Clinic. She has focused in the areas of fetal development, neonatal pain, and surfactant therapy.  She also received her Master’s degree in Health Informatics from Northwestern University.  She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and currently serves as a Public Policy Fellow for the Notre Dame Center for Ethics and Culture.
